Service

We provide comprehensive service of steel element production: from component manufacturing to final assembly. We partner both other business entities and individual clients who are looking for reliable and trustworthy contractor.

All the constructions, platforms, landings etc. we offer are manufactured based on our own projects or the ones provided by the ordering party. Individual elements are usually joined using the TIG welding process and are assembled from metallurgical elements, including open or closed profiles. On request, we can deliver and assemble these elements at the construction site.

Surface preparation methods and anti-rust coatings application for the construction of stainless and coal steel elements.

Stainless steel is a solid, durable and esthetic material with good anti-corrosion properties. We can manufacture any stainless steel construction in places, where usage of this material is an optimal solution. Stainless steels do not require any special surface preparation, as it is the case for coal steels. The only general requirement for stainless steels is, that the surface is free from grease, oils and other impurities, which can be achieved by special chemical surface cleaning processes.

If the stainless or coal steel surface is to be coated with paint, it cannot be smooth in order to guarantee perfect adhesion of the coating.A basic surface treatment during the painting process is degreasing and increasing surface roughness in order to ensure better adhesion of paint coatings. Coal steel elements require sandblasting prior to painting in order to ensure better adhesion to the surface. Sandblasting is one of the services we offer.
